Product return policy
Product returned for credit must be accompanied by the packing slip and/or invoice(s) for the product(s).
- All products must be in the original carton or container and in re-saleable condition. Damaged product will not be accepted.
- Special orders, tinted products, open cases or containers, partial kits and damaged containers will not be accepted.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Jamac Sales and Distribution Ltd. and/or the manufacturer.

31 to 60 days15% re-stock charge
61 to 90 days25% re-stock charge
Over 90 daysNo returns (from invoice date)
